What does it say when only a Republican will do for the Democrat second spot?

Undeterred by McCain Denials, Some See Him as Kerry's No. 2

I love this because the more liberals grasp at John McCain - who thankfully isn't leaving the Republican party - the more they appear regretful that they have Kerry, and the smaller and less significant Kerry appears.

They need to work with what they know they have, and talk as if it doesn't matter who his running mate is.

It's funny how liberal pundits have been talking as if it's all been downhill for Bush lately (and it has been pretty rough) but they, in their heart of hearts, see the fact that with every slip in the polls that Bush takes, Kerry remains behind, struggling to gain ground - an insignificant opponent.

And yet with all of their disgusting rhetoric - such as Ted Kennedy claiming that Saddam's torture chambers have reopened 'under US management' - I'm actually volunteering for Bush. VOLUNTEERING, mind you.

If this was six or eight months ago, I would have been content to know that Bush is going to win, particularly because I do disagree with him on a number of conservative issues. But when pundits and politicians equate our soldiers' screwups in that prison with the terrorists of the world, and try to literally blame those soldiers' actions on George W. Bush - and they insist that our war on terror is actually just Americans being terrorists, I want to be sick, and I want to see Bush trounce them completely.
